This helpful lichen has a long history of being used all over the world for helping heal respiratory and sinus infections, bronchitis, pneumonia, strep throat, colds, flues, as well as urinary tract, kidney, and bladder infections + other chronic conditions related to depressed immunity.
Echinacea- a powerful antiviral herb with a long history of being used to treat infection. Several studies suggest that echinacea contains active substances that boost immune function, relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and have hormonal, antiviral, and antioxidant effects. Persons with allergies to other members of the Asteraceae family should exercise caution with Echinacea, due to the presence of Echinacea pollen. 
Goldenrod- The aerial parts of goldenrod have long been used to treat urinary tract conditions as well as kidney and bladder. Goldenrod is a POWERFUL anti-inflammatory agent and does a fantastic job of soothing, flushing, and getting rid of the bacteria that causes persistent issues.
