It’s that time again folks and I’ve got a fresh batch of immune boosting elderberry syrup ready to go for all my local peeps! My syrups and tonics are unlike most as I don’t stick to a regular recipe because I love working with the land and the seasons to use what is fresh and abundant with each batch.
This batch has elderberry, Reishi mushroom, mountain mint, goldenrod, hawthorn berries, yarrow, turmeric, ginger, butterfly pea flowers, lemonbalm, cinnamon & of course raw local honey!
As the seasons change, it's essential to keep our immune systems in tip-top shape! My homemade Elderberry Syrup is packed with nature derived properties that are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals! All of these together work synergistically to support your health and wellness. Here's a breakdown of each ingredient and its incredible benefits:
🌿 Elderberry
