Rooted: A Day of Plant Therapy

Step away from the noise and root yourself in peace, community, and nature. Rooted is a soul-nourishing event designed to help you reconnect—with the earth, your body, and your inner spirit.

Hosted in a serene barn on a beautiful farm, the day will gently guide you through yoga, sound healing, a plant walk to discover local native herbs, and a planting experience where you'll pot your own seeds with intention and care. We'll close with a sacred ceremony to ground your healing and set new growth into motion.

Whether you're new to wellness or well along your healing journey, this is a space to exhale, release, and grow—together.
