Our first class of the year is going to be geared towards a topic most of us are familiar with; stress, depression, anxiety, and healing through trauma. This class is for ANYONE who deals with these things and is looking for natural ways to support their nervous system and find healing.

I've noticed that often we are led to look at anxiety, stress, and depression as purely emotional processes, but the truth is, these conditions have a real impact on our physical health, not just our mental health. In this class, we will be discussing herbal energetics and how they relate to the body systems, as well as which herbs may be most helpful. There is a lot of nuance to these topics, and I'm excited to deepen our collective understanding of how our emotional state correlates to our physical wellness.

There will be delicious food to enjoy, and everyone will go home with a supportive tea blend to aid in your healing journey. There will be a lot of information shared, so I encourage everyone to bring a notebook to take notes! There will also be plenty of time for questions.
