All Upcoming Herbal Workshops Bundle

These classes will be hosted in our private garden & we will share some yummy foods as we go over these various topics. Our classes are hands on, informative, and a whole lot of fun! You will leave each workshop with a handout full of info & something we make together in class.

📚We’ll kick the series off diving deep into herbs that help reduce stress, anxiety & help us heal from trauma. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to harness the power of specific plants to calm the mind, soothe anxiety, and aid in the healing process. Whether you’re looking to find inner peace, manage stress more effectively, or simply explore the world of herbal remedies, this class is for you.

📚The second class is all about the common cold, allergies & respiratory issues. You’ll learn about the power of herbs to strengthen your immune system, alleviate symptoms of the common cold, seasonal allergies, and promote respiratory wellness. We will discuss safe and effective remedies that can be used for the whole family, children included! In this class, there will be an elderberry syrup demonstration and everyone will leave with a kit to make their own syrup at home.

📚The third class we will be focusing on gut health and digestive wellness. Gut health is imperative to overall health & in this class we will be focusing on herbs that help balance gut flora, increase nutrient absorption, and ease gastro discomfort. We will be talking about herbs that help heal & relieve ulcers, constipation, nausea, heart burn, indigestion, etc.

📚The fourth class is going to be all about women’s health. In this workshop, we will explore the power of herbs to support hormonal balance, menstrual health, fertility, and overall wellness. You will be learning about specific herbs that can help alleviate common women’s health issues such as PMS, PMDD, irregular periods, menopausal symptoms, and more.
